Tickets purchased from other ticketing agents for performances taking place at The Isabel may be subject to other policies.

Refunds/Exchanges
All tickets sales are final. However, under extenuating circumstances, tickets may be turned in (in person) at the Box Office during business hours, a minimum of 48 hrs prior to the performance and, where possible, exchanged for another performance in the same Isabel season. The Box Office is currently open from 12:30-4:30, every weekday. Additional costs incurred for exchanges to a higher priced seat/performance will be covered by the ticket holder. There are no refunds for exchanges made for a lower priced seat/performance.

Late Seating
All events start promptly at the time printed on the ticket. Latecomers will be seated during the first appropriate pause in the program, as determined by the artist. Thank you for your cooperation.
