The following ticketing policy notes are specific to ticketing for the Isabel series (Ensemble Series, Piano Series, Global Salon Series, Jazz Series, Violin Festival, Human Rights Arts Festival and Special Isabel Events.) Tickets purchased from other ticketing agents for performances taking place at The Isabel may be subject to other policies.
All tickets sales are final. However, under extenuating circumstances, tickets may be turned in (in person) at the Box Office during business hours, a minimum of 48 hrs prior to the performance and, where possible, exchanged for another performance in the same Isabel season. The Box Office is currently open from 12:30-4:30, every weekday. Additional costs incurred for exchanges to a higher priced seat/performance will be covered by the ticket holder. There are no refunds for exchanges made for a lower priced seat/performance.
All events start promptly at the time printed on the ticket. Latecomers will be seated during the first appropriate pause in the program, as determined by the artist. Thank you for your cooperation.
The performing spaces at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts offer accessible seating options for our patrons. Please contact the Box Office at 613-533-2424.
The Isabel is a fully accessible building.
Electronic Devices/Performance Recording
All electronic devices should be turned off before the performance begins. Recording of any performance is strictly forbidden.
As a courtesy to others, we ask that you please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other scented personal products to performances.
Disclaimer: Performers, dates, and other details are subject to change.
Every person attending a performance at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts must have a ticket in order to be admitted. Children under five years old are welcome at children’s programming and special family performances only. A limited number of booster seats are available for use.
